Andy has over 28 years building surveying / consulting experience in the private sector, recently focusing on weathertightness issues. He is a Chartered & Registered Building Consultant as well as a Licenced Building Practitioner (LBP). Andy has extensive experience in residential and commercial construction, real estate, and property maintenance.
Gary has over fifty years construction experience in the private sector, focusing on weathertightness issues, project management, building surveying, Design, Contract Administration, expert witness roles and investigating drainage issues. He has operated in the residential and commercial construction industry for over 50 years; the latter 14 years primarily in project management/consulting. His qualifications include trade and tertiary qualifications. Independent Qualified Person (IQP) commercial properties.
